Shipping
Policy

We’re a small, sustainability-focused shop based in Whitby, Ontario, Canada. Most of our items—especially our vintage and secondhand finds—are carefully packed and shipped directly from our home studio. Some of our newer products (like print-on-demand items or resale goods) are fulfilled by trusted, eco-conscious partners to reduce waste and expand our offering without overproduction.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and select international locations.

Order Processing

  • Vintage & In-Stock Items (Shipped from Whitby, ON):
    Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Shipping times follow Canada Post estimates based on your location.

  • Made-to-Order / Dropshipped Items:
    These are fulfilled by our partners and typically take 4–5 business days to process before shipping.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Within North America:
    5–7 business days after processing
    (total estimated delivery: 9–12 business days)

  • International (UK, EU, etc.):
    7–15 business days after processing
    (total estimated delivery: 11–20 business days)

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs, local postal services, and seasonal volume.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains both vintage items and dropshipped products, they may arrive in separate packages. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated with tracking info for each shipment.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied, you have the right to return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery via email at [contact email].

  • Items must be returned in resellable condition — clean, unused, and with any original tags or packaging, if applicable.

  • Due to the delicate nature of many vintage items, we recommend careful packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" on the product page

 

Refunds

Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. For vintage and ready-to-ship items (shipped from our studio in Whitby, ON), we typically pack and dispatch within 1 business day, so cancellations must be requested within a few hours of purchase—ideally the same day. Once the item has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order.

For made-to-order and dropshipped items, orders are sent to production or fulfillment automatically, often within hours of purchase. Once production begins, we cannot cancel, modify, or refund these orders. Because of this, all sales on made-to-order items are considered final once placed.
